This quatrain refers to Oklahoma City Attack, on 19-APR-1995, to Timothy McVeigh's execution and the future pardon of the prisoners after USA wins the War Against Terror. It also cites the 11-SEP Attacks in the way we are going to show below. The fourth verse says that because of amnesty of the prisoners in Guantanamo (not only, but mainly) Italy will suffer. This is because during the future invasion of Europe, many former Guantanamo prisoners will take part. One of them will be l'onde (see C05Q055). C05Q055). The first verse talks about the obsession to condemn and execute Timothy McVeigh. But let's now understand why the "bird of prey" is Timothy McVeigh. To understand why Oklahoma is mentioned in this quatrain we must observe the quatrain identification: C01Q024 => 1, 24 2+ 4 = 6 24 -1 = 23 From the Oklahoma City Attack, on 19-APR-1995, to the date of execution of Mc Veigh, on 11-JUN-2001 there are 6 years, 1 month and 23 days. There is another point which joins this quatrain to the 11-SEP-2001 attacks. The execution of Mc Veigh
was on the same day: 11. That's the way Nostradamus used to join both events. So, the captives mentioned on the third verses are those of Guantanamo. The third verse also states that USA will win the War Against Terrorism. The fourth verse says that since one of the prisoners that will be freed will be l'onde, who will command the Europe invasion, the Italian people will "pay the bill".
