II. 14 A Tours, Gien, gardé seront yeux penetrans Descouvriront de loing  la grand'seraine, Elle & sa suitte au port seront entrans Combat, poussez, puissance souveraine. At Tours, Gien, guarded  will the penetrating eyes be, They will discover at distance The Great Seraine She and her suite will enter the port, Combat, thrust, sovereign power.

       This quatrain talks about a feminine figure, The Great Seraine, probably an oriental that will command the liberation of the future European country from the forces hat will have occupied it. As a first forecast, this will happen between 2028/29. The world will be very different from what see today, in spite of the small time lag. But the war will still be an option.

        The first verse says that she will be kept guarded from the curious eyes. But the verse can also mean that her eyes will be protected. In this last case we can find a common point with the "men in black" and this statement should be taken very seriously. The third verse says why.

        The second verse says that she will be discovered by the people but at large.

        The third verse says about the harbor and it's a reference to Venice (Veneza).   See    C08Q093 and C03Q021.

        The fourth verse talks about the personal power that The Great Serain will have.  Live and see it.
