Lenin and the Hunger of 1921. the NEP: Million Death

This quatrain address the question of the NEP and of the free commerce of the agricultural production in URSS. The first verse talks about Lenin. How do we know that? First, the Soviet Union had two governors with "surname of a prophet". The first was Vladimir Ilitch Lenin and the second , Leonid Ilitch Brejnev. The same surname Ilitch is the Russian version of the name of the prophet Elias. So if there were two, the first, Lenin., was the penultimate. The second verse refers to Diana, the Greek goddess Artemis, called by her roman name. So, the verse is saying that Lenin would hold the republic under his hands near his death, what really happened. The Russian Sovietic Federative Republic was created on OCT-1922, with Lenin as the head. The URSS was created on 31-DEZ-1922. On 15-DEC-1922 Lenin suffers the second spill. On 31-DEC-1922, the URSS is created with the inclusion of the republic of Georgia. When Lenin suffered the second spill he was put aside. So he was a formal chief of a constituted republic at the end his life. The symbol of Diana was used because Nostradamus was referring to an organized state not to a revolution.
The third verse talks about the commercialization of the agricultural production in Russia. In 19-FEB-1918, the Central Executive Committee enacted the Fundamental Law of Land Socialization. By this decree, the land was propriety of the state and the free commercialization of the harvest was forbidden. The excess harvest could only be sold to the state. This politics had an effect: the receipt of the taxes from the agricultural commerce just went down. Soon the m money did valued nothing because of the inflation. Then Lenin began to confiscate the whole harvest since money worth nothing and there was no point on selling it to the state for nothing. The agricultural producers refused to give their harvest to the state. Lenin then used the Red Army (Guard) and the Ckeka to confiscate the production. But they also confiscated the grains for the next harvest. The result was the hunger that occurred on 1921-1922. Million of people died because his inhuman experience. By the facts he as forced to give up and agree with Trotsky - with whom he was on discord - and allow the commercialization of the harvest by the producers. The taxes were fixed in 10%. This measure avoided the same hunger to occur in 1923 and in the following years. The receipts of the state had a recovery.
