II. 79.

The frizzled and black beard as sign of ingenuity
Will subjugate a cruel and proud people:
A powerful Chyren will remove far away (under arrest)
All captives of the Selin banner

This quatrain is relatively easy to understand and in fact was one of the first ones we have interpreted after those that refers directly to the 09/11 attacks. Nevertheless, the wrong version of the quatrain we used in the interpretation made us keep it in error for some time.

The first verse talks about the Taleban government and the Beard Decree. And states why the beard was used.

The second verse describes one of the characteristics of the Afghanistan people.

The third verse cites George W. Bush and his decision to keep in Guantanamo all the prisoners of the War Against Terror.

The Selin Banner means muslin forces.

C03Q048 probably mentions the Mazer-E-Sarif massacre.

For those akin to numerology: II.79 => 2 +07/2+09 => 09/11.
