Of the kings and princes  will be prepared replicas

The prophecies will be then interpreted.

       This quatrain foretells when and how the Prophecies of Nostradamus would be  explained and made known. First, it describes what would be done. Then it describes the contents of the interpretation  and their relation to what was effectively  predicted. The quatrain confirms the series of interpretations that were published sometime after the 09/11 attacks to be legitimate.  

        To  understand the meaning of the first verse we must go back to the 16^th Century  and remember that there was neither computers nor photograph films at those times. So, referring to  pictures in electronic means propagated by network computers is a task of a considerable complexity. Therefore, Nostradamus, says that from the kings and princes would be made images, "simulachres" (that is, images similar to), alluding the digitalized pictures that had been placed along the interpretations initially  published in the site BemZem (specifically, of the interpretation of the quatrain about Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky affair, see C08Q014)

        The second verse says that in the published text the interpretation was far beyond the original meaning intended by Nostradamus. "creuz" means something deepened (dug) or worked in excess. The interpretation contained affirmations that Nostradamus did not have intention to address by the time of its elaboration, in spite of being correct. This is said in two more opportunities. The first one, in the Letter Cesar and the other in the Letter to Henry, Second. (see note on 25-SEP-2002)

        In the original publication (see Texts/Bill Clinton), we state that the attitude the great credibility of richness and the abundance would induce on the American people would  be used to weaken the accusations against Bill Clinton and prevent his impeachment. This  fact really  happened. However,  Nostradamus in fact intended to  mean in that quatrain that the credibility that richness and the abundance would induce on the American people would make them to give less attention to the honor (Hillary Clinton) in favor of the sexual healing (Bill Clinton). The prophecy did not talk about his defense against impeachment. And this justifies the mentions made in this quatrain and the two letters. (He was correcting something he saw from the past)

          In fact, throughout the process against Bill Clinton, Cesar de Nostredame always sustained that Bill Clinton would not be defeated from power because of the fourth verse (see C08Q014), but also by the intimate  feeling  (or conviction) that such fact would not come to happen, as it was  stated in  correspondences maintained  by the time of Clinton's impeachment process. This feeling made him extend the prophecy and  let him   infer what was not told in the quatrain. So, this situation in fact magnified the original direction without disfiguring it. Therefore, Nostradamus talks about the  "divination that comes from the fact". The term divination means, in synthesis, to the guessing, or the oracle.

        Nostradamus says also that the interpretations, in a general sense would go beyond what was originally meant. But that fact would serve make the prophecies richer , not to  induce errors (please see the Main Page)

        The third verse  was deciphered in 31-JAN-2002, date of the elaboration of this interpretation. Corne is really a term associated with the cornucopia (corne d'abondance), however here it symbolizes the Towers of the WTC. The term corne refers to the adornments that emerge of the head of animals like  the bull, the elk, etc, being in general a pair. As we know, one of the symbols of Wall 1sstreet is the airy ox (see C09Q074.). The horns are the  most visible  and highest  part of the animal and this he was used to identify the Twin Towers. This designation also was used in C03Q013.

        In the sequence,  it is said that they would be a "golden victim". The term dorée, means "plenty  of gold" (cf. Dic. Petit Robert). One of the buildings of the WTC had an enormous amount in  gold that was  recovered some time later. The estimated value (as published) was USS $200.000.000 which were moved to Fort Knox, as was widely noticed by that time.

        We  can also examine the expression: "La jeneusse dorée" which means young people of the rich bourgeoisie, that  after Thermidor (Thermidor = Thermi+dolor = pain caused for the heat) took part on the reaction against the Terror (of Robespierre). Moreover, dorée means an  elegant and  rich young people (cf. Dic. Petit Robert). As we know, Nostradamus associates USA to the terms  "new land", "new city", etc.

        The terms d'azur and d'acre are describing the the sky (where 09/11 attacks came from, see C10Q072) and the smell  of the burnt bodies by gasoline. Blue (azur) it is also the color of the fuel of the airplanes . Over all, the acre is a unit to  measure surfaces that equaled in old Anglo-Saxon countries  40,47 "ares". 40.47 is  at the  latitude of New York.

        The fourth verse is easy to understand.

        As final comment, the date of 09/11 attacks is mentioned in a subtle way:

            III.26 = >3, 26,  3+2+6 = 11

            III.26 = > 3, 26,=> 3,2,6 => 3+6 = 09

        The value 2 that gets unused in the last account can be a reference to the need  of adding two units  to  JUL-1999 to reach SEP-2001. See C10Q072.
