the historical follow-up  of the facts.

III. 60.

Par toute Asie grande proscription,
Mesme en Mysie, Lysie, & Pamphylie :
Sang versera par absolution,
D'un jeune noir remply de felonnie

III. 60.

Throughout all Asia (Minor) great proscription,
Even in Mysia, Lycia and Pamphilia.
Blood will be shed because of the absolution
Of a young black plenty of felony.

This quatrain talks about the protests by the absolution of a "young black". We don't  know for sure  the identity of the "young black".  Our first association to the "young black"  was  Zacarias Moussaoui, although he is not so young. But the  candidate is l' onde (see C05Q055).

The first verse talks about a great proscription and this may be a citation for the death sentence. But if the quatrain refers to l'onde the sentence may not be death.

The second verse talks about the places where there will also have protests. See the map to identify the places in Turkey.  Pamphylie is  Pamphilya, Lisie is  Lycia and  Mysie is  Mysia, places in Turkey.

The third and fourth verses say that there will be deaths because of the condemnation of the "young black".

See the Portuguese Version for historical  follow-up.
