The "Moric Law" will be seen to decline:
After another much more seductive (Gorbatchev):
Boristenes PM (Boris Yeltsin) will come to give way:
Beacause of the habilities and discourse of another even more attractive (Putin)

This quatrain talks about the sucession in URSS some time before its end.

The first verse talks about the "Moric law". This is an acient law that denies inheritance rights to the women. So, it's a refernce to the way the power was transmitted in URSS where only men would come to be prime ministers or occupy key po0sitions on the government. Tht's why Nostradamus talks about the "Moric Law".

The second verse says that after one much more seductive (Gorbatchev and his discourse) the law would fail, because Yeltsin was elected by the votes of the people in JUN-1991. Some time later (AUG-1991) Gorbatchev renounces. So the "law of sucession" failled after the "seductive" Gorbatchev.

But Yeltsin was also defeated by anoter even more seductive, Vladimir Putin.

In short, this is what this quatrainn forecasts.
