The sudden death of the first personage
Will have caused a change and put another in the sovereignty:
Soon, late come so high and of low age,

This quatrain refers to the ascension of l'onde, after the death of the first person of a country. We don't know which is the country. The candidates would be Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Yemen, his place of birth.

The birth of l'onde is cited on C05Q055 and his father, Ossama bin Laden, on C10Q072. His trajectory is depicted on C11Q040..

l'onde and his brothers will be transferred to Guantanamo by the defeat of Saddam Hussein. His father, Ossama bin Laden will probably die at that time.

The first and second verses talk about his raise to power.

The third verse talks about the time he will be on power. tost means on the first half of the century and tard means the last times before Hercolobus. Sot he verse says that he will raise to power by the beginning of the 21^st century.

The fourth verse says what l' onde will do.
