 Plusieurs viendront, & parleront de paix
Entre Monarques & seigneurs bien puissans,
Mais ne sera accordé de si prés,
Que ne se rendent plus qu'autres obeissans,

Many will come and talk about peace
Between kings and very powerful lords
But there wont be agreemenbt amongst them
Because no one will want to be considered more obedient than the others
     

          We are not sure about the interpretation we are giving to this quatrain. It mcan be applied to the Bonn meetings about Afghanistan, but can be applied as well to other situations. THis interpretation is under revision and we won't go further on it.
