VIII. 64.

Dedans les Isles les enfans transportez,
Les deux de sept seront en desespoir :
Ceux de terroüer en seront supportez,
Nom pelle prins des ligues fuy l'espoir.
VIII. 64.

The infants transported into the islands,
two out of seven will be in despair.
Those of the soil will supported them
(or: will be supported by them),
Name of Pele caught, the hope of the leagues fails.

This quatrain cites the sons of Ossama Bin Laden  that will be captured and transferred to Guantanamo at the defeat/changement of Saddam Hussein Iraq (see C01Q059). The islands cited are Cuba.
The second verse says that two amongst the seven will be condemned (almost dead). See C01Q010, C02Q007, C01Q059, C04Q060. Just five will remain.

The third verse says that the prisoners will be supported by those of the land or they will support those of the land (remember that Ossama Bin Laden is a very rich man).

The fourth verse cites Pele and states that his name will be associated or "caught" in some problem. Its continuation is not very clear. It may mean something associated with sports (the leagues)  or with the alliances at the international level (see  P107M02, fourth verse).

One of the deportees will be l'onde (see C05Q055).
