|
This quatrain relates to the 09_SEP attacks. Particularly it refers to the city
of New York, Al-Qaeda and the Afghanistan War. The first verse says that the King will come to enter the city and probably this refers to the arrival of George W. Bush at New York sometime after the attacks. At the exact moment of the attacks George W. Bush was out of New York, in Sarasota, Florida, and by the time of the attacks he was moving to Emma Booker Elementary School. After having received the news about the crashes, George W. Bush took Air Force One landing at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana at 11:45 am. Then, at 1:48 pm Bush leaves Barksdale aboard Air Force One and flies to Offutt Air Base in Nebraska and afterwards goes to Washington. On September,14, George W. Bush goes to New York. The second verse states the reason why the American President would come to enter the city, that is, the September,11 attacks. The important point here is verb expugner witch means to make an attack to a place which is protected by some means, to penetrate over the defenses of something. One thing that was (and yet is) said about the 09/11 attacks is that they have exposed the weakness the Empire. In some way, the attacks were done without the use of weapons (a knife is not necessarily a weapon, it can be used as one, but it in fact is an instrument to cut food; a commercial airplane isn't a weapon either). The third verse probably refers to Zacarias Moussaoui that was imprisoned in 15-AUG-2001 while trying to attend to an aircraft pilotage course without concern about learning on how to land planes. The agents had to set him free because there were no legal proofs against him. In fact, the verse seems to reproduce his declarations to the American Court of Justice in one of the sessions of his judgment. [His declarations were transcribed in the note of 19-JUL-2002 below]. There is a high probability that Zacarias Moussaoui be the one cited in C01Q024. See also the 22-JUL-2002 note, where a friend of Zacarias Moussaoui declared that he would be lying. The fourth verse says that President Bush was far away form New York City and also the enemies (that were in Afghanistan). It also has a curious reference. Nostradamus uses the expression "to be far" when he wants to mean someone is dead1. So this expression may have a double sense referring also to the terrorists that died in the attacks.
The number of the quatrain seems to indicate the date of the attacks: |

| 09-JUL-2002. Correction of the translation of the fourth verse. Zacarias Moussaoui pleads guilty on conspiring and having knowledge of the 09/11 attacks. The court did not accept his admission of guilt and orders him to enter in agreement with the American Government. If condemned in four of the six crimes that he is accused he will face death penalty. The notice can be read here and also here. Below are some parts of his guilty admission. | ||

1 "...Moussaoui, a French citizen of Moroccan descent, told the judge, "I want to enter a plea today of guilty, because this will ensure to save my life." He said that he had "certain knowledge about September 11." He also said, "I know exactly who done it, I know which group, who participated, and I know when it was decided." He added, "I am a member of al Qaeda. I pledge bayat to Osama bin Laden." Bayat is the loyalty oath taken by members of al Qaeda..." (Fromn CNN) |

| 22-JUL-2002. Hussein al-Attas was imprisoned together with Moussaoui. By the virtue of an agreement he declared himself for false statements. These statements are related with Zacarias Moussaoui, which is charged in four accusations that can make him face death penalty: conspiracy to commit terrorism acts across national borders, conspiracy to commit acts of aerial piracy, conspiracy to destroy aircraft and conspiracy to use mass destruction weapons. | ||
