Second & tiers qui font prime musique

Rapport de Venus faux rendra deprimée.

X. 28

Second and third which make (begins) prime music
By the King will be sublimated in honor:
Through the fat and the thin almost emaciated,
The false report of Venus will let him depressed

This quatrain refers to John and Bob Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe (The Platinum Venus)  and possibly Sam Giancanna.

The first verse  has a puzzle that is easy to decipher.  The first song each one (and every one) listens  in his life is the one each mother sings to make us sleep. In France, its  letter is the one below:

"Frere Jacques. Freres Jacques, Frere Jacques,
              Dormez-vous,  dormez-vous?
              Sonnez les matines, Sonnez ..."

The term "font" means  source, origin or beginning. So, what begins the "primary song" is the word "frere",  which means "brother". Nostradamus is referring to the second and third  brothers.

Joseph,  John (Jack=Jacques, on the music), Robert (Bob) and Ted  were four brothers. The second, John, was elected president of USA  and was killed 1963. Bob, the third brother, was also killed some years later, in 1968.

The second verse says that third will be honored by the king. The "king" is John Kennedy, since he was elected president. The presidential campaign of John Kennedy was managed by Bob. After the election, Bob was appointed by John as Attorney General and this raised  nationwide cries  of nepotism. [Biography.com, Robert Kennedy]. So the third was honored by the king through the nomination.

The third verse talks about Marilyn Monroe, The Platinum Venus. The term "grasse" has in the French language various meanings, most of them being adequate to describe Marilyn's behavior.

One of the meanings is "fat". The expression "fat" and "thin" is a reference to the problems Marilyn usually have with the scale. But in the last days of her life she was thin. The term "eticque" comes from "hecticque" and is a mention to the way she died. The hecticque fever is characterized by temperature variations and she died as a consequence of the ingestion of barbiturates, which provoked fall in her body temperature.

But the term "grasse" also has other meanings and we invite the reader to pick its definition in a good French  dictionary to find out that "grasse" also means "unctuous" with and obvious semantic. The term "proposal" (in French) when cited with the term "grasse" has an unmentionable meaning.

The fourth verse must be understood through the history of the affairs between the John, Bob, Marilyn and possibly Sam Giancanna.

During the 50's, John Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe had an intimate relationship. However,  Marilyn's indiscretions  forced John to finish  the affair. In FEB-1962 Marilyn met Robert and it seems that they had a romance until JUN-1962. Again, Marilyn's indiscretions forced Robert to finish it.

By the other hand, Sam Giancana heard from Marilyn the confession that she was in love with Bob and according to some authors this would have left the gangster completely depressed and (maybe) sealed the fate of the Platinum Venus.  Marilyn died due an overdose of barbiturates. The point is that many disagree with the suicide version, Some say that she died as a consequence of a barbiturates overdose that were introduced and absorbed by her intestines in a classical murder method used by the Mafia.    The fourth verse would be talking about the reaction of Sam Giancanna.

But the fourth verse also talks about the "Rapport de Venus faux". The term "rapport" means a "report" but also "an usual way of action or behavior".  So, there may maybe, in a double sense, more than one fact  implied. The first would be the usual indiscretions of Marilyn and the second could be the announced interview Marilyn was supposed to give to the press the next week she was found dead. On that interview  she was expected to reveal some facts of her life with  John and Bob. In any way, it would not be possible to keep Sam Giancanna away from the lights of the announced scandal.

Her indiscretions probably made Sam Giancanna finish her life pretending it was a suicide.  We may probably find Sam Giancanna's fingers also in C06Q037.
