Cries, weeping, tears will come with the plateau ,
Seeming to dig,(or: the face digging) they will deliver the final attack,
Parks around to set up deep platforms,
The living pushed back and murdered instantly.

This quatrain refers to the attack made to the Pentagon on 09/11.

The date is coded in the quatrain identification.

C10Q082 => 1+0, 8+2 => 1, 10 => 1 + 10 => 11, the day

=> -1 + 10 => 09, the month

There are other simple ways to obtain 09/11 with those values.

The first verse says that the cries will come from the small hills (see the translations below). The small hills is a mention to the Pentagon, with its small (when compared with today) buildings.

The second verse says that would seem to dig. This is one possible translation, the one we use in the version in Portuguese is the one in parenthesis: the face digging, meaning the front of the plane (and of the passengers) would do the final attack.

The third verse describes the peculiar form of the Pentagon and says also that there were floors in the underground.

The fourth verse describes how the plane was the clash at the Pentagon.
