       The date cited is the one of the death of the Third Republic, which lasted from 1871 until 1940. Two facts assign its death:  the change of the capital to Vichy (at beginning of JUL-1940) and the nomination of Philip Pètain as State Chief on 10-JUL-1940. We hade also in 24-JUL-1940 the speech of Pètain asking the French to collaborate with the Nazi forces.

         From APR-1889, the birthday of Adolph Hitler until, until JUL-1940  we have 615 months.  The value 20 will be used in sixain C11Q055.

         The second verse says that for a long time it will rain. It is a reference to the Battle of England which has began on 15-AUG-1940. Lets look at the table below:

         The period in green shows the beginning of the Battle of England. the one in red the invasion of the Soviet Union (22-JUN-1941).

         The fifth and sixth verses talks about the conflicts England and France (Vichy) had. England was obligated to fight against the forces of the Vichy republic otherwise their bases, ships, weapons and men could be used against them. See C01Q078.

       The beginning of the World War II can be found in the following way:

        20 - 15 = 5 months

        600 + 5 months => 50 years+ 5 months

        From 20-APR-1889 + 50 y + months => 20-SEP-1939

        20-SEP-1939 - 20 days => 31-AUG-1939. The invasion of Poland has begun on the dawn of 01-SEP-1939.
