Tristes conseils desloyaux, caoteleux,
Aduis meschant, la Loy sera trahie.
Le peuple esmeu, farouche, querelleux :
Tant bourg que ville. toute la paix haye.

Sad counsels, disloyal, cunning,
Wicked advice, the Law will be betrayed:
The people stirred, wild, quarrelsome,
In borough as in town, the entire peace hated.

This quatrain refers to the facts that will happen in Rio de Janeiro, in 2004.

The first verse says that someone will give "sad consunseils, disloyal and cunning". This may be a reference to the whole conspiracy that will be established. Since the facts have not occurred yet, its almost impossible to talk about them directly without eventually incurring in some type of crime (we have prophecies, not proofs!) and the reader must accept the information at the level we are furnishing them, just general ideas about the facts that will occur. But this verse is related to the fourth verse of P071M05.

The second verse says that those advices will be wicked and the Law will be betrayed. Just to have an idea, the facts we are referring to will be one of the motives of Europe invasion. The reader should take this affirmative "as is"; it's useless to try to discover how this can be, because the real facts will only come tom the public in 2008/2009 and their first version won't correspond to true versions of them. So, be patient.

The third verse talks about the same them of C01Q055. This will be due the irresponsibility of the authors of the deed.

The fourth verse says that all peace will be hated. But the term "haye" also means fence. Rio de Janeiro is today under a "peace under fences" because of the criminality.
