Why SEP-2001 is JUL-1999?

        In this text  we shall discuss the polemic question raised by quatrain C10Q072 and its relationship with the 11-SEP Attacks. We state that JUL-1999 is in fact SEP-2001 and  give two strong reasons  why we think this way.

    There is much speculation about the famous Nostradamus quatrain C10Q072. We reproduce the quatrain below:  

X. 72 L'an mil neuf cens nonante neuf sept mois Du ciel viendra un grand Roy d'effrayeur Resusciter le grand Roy d'Angolmois, Avant apres Mars regner par bon heur.

X. 72 In the year 1999 at the seventh month From the sky will come a great king of the terror Which will make reborn the great king of Augomois Later and after Mars will reign to good fate

      As a preliminary analysis we should observe a ciphered date. It can be obtained from the quatrain  identification along with the date cited on the first verse:

        X. 72 => 10, 72 => 72 => 7+2 =9     or 09-JUL-1999

      By direct inspection we can see that the date is exactly two units less than the date of the attacks:

       09-JUL-1999 = 09+2 /JUL+2/1999+2  = 11-SET-2001

      Why this diference? We have two explanations that complement each other, although none of them be of an immediate understanding. We talk in fact of a ciphered date. It's important to note that in the present context Nostradamus says explicitly in the Letter to Cesar in a excerpt  in Latin  that dates cannot be known in an anticipated way without going further in his reasons. This is a piece of information that cannot be ever missed when we analyze Nostradamus Prophecies.

      The first explanation - and it was through its discovery that this interpretation work has begun j8ust after the SEP-11 Attacks, is related to the difference of two units. There is one sixain and one quatrain that  that cites the number 70 in contexts associated to the World War II. We transcribe both below:

Sextilha 53 Plusieurs mourront avant que Phoenix meure, Iusques six cens septante est sa demeure, Passè quinze ans, vingt & un trente neuf. Le premier est subiet a maladie, Et le second au fer, danger de vie, Au feu a l'eau, est subiect a trente-neuf.

Sixain 53 Many will die before the Phoenix dies Just six hundred and seventy is his (last) home (=tomb) It will pass fifteen years, twenty one and thirty nine On the first he will be subjected to an illness On the second by the iron his life will be in danger And at thirty nine he will be subjected to a deluge of fire

       This sixain refers to Hitler, the Phoenix. He was identified this way because of his speech on 31-DEC-1944, hen he declared that "Germany would stand up from the ashes like the Phoenix", during his New Year's discourse. Germany was inevitably defeated. The important point is the it cites the time interval in months 670, which is the approximate  Hitler's life span. In fact the German dictator lived for 672 months (from 20-APR-1889 until 30-APR-1945, six hundred seventy months and ten days), and not 670.  There are two months missing.

      In fact, the sixain points to the period Hitler went out of the Chancellery for last  time,  in 09-MAR-1945 (or perhaps between 09-MAR and 16-MAR) when he went to a near castle in  a car with his driver. Since he was in a "bunker" at the underground, it really does make sense to say that there would be his tomb (the term demeure means "lasting" but also tomb). But instead of citing explicitly 672, Nostradamus refers to 670.

      By the other hand, quatrain  C09Q054 also talks about World War II and also refers to the number 70. It's about the liberation of Corsica by Gen. Henry Martin, when seventy two men (and not seventy) from the French troops have died. Again, the number seventy two is cited as seventy.

      We have here two differences of a value of two, involving the two numbers, 670 and 70, that would logically be 672 and 72.  If we analyze the identification of the quatrain and sixain we  can note that they seem to make a sequence: XI- 53, IX-54. Could this be a clue or a ciphered information? If we reasoned about the "next values", an immediate guess for the number of the next quatrain (or sixain) would 55 (53, 54, 55). But what should be the Century number? We could make a guess on Century seven, but there is no quatrain numbered  55 on  the seventh Century. If we examined all quatrains numbered 55 we find that V-55 talks about someone from the muslins that will conquer Italy and Spain, and we show him below:

V.55 De la felice Arabie contrade, Naistre puissant de loy Mahometique : Vexer l'Espagne, conquester la Grenade, Et plus par mer a la gent Lygustique.

V.55 From the country of Arabia Felix There will be born one powerful of the law of Mahomet: To vex Spain, to conquer Grenada, And more by sea the Italian people.

       This quatrain predicts  the birth of l'onde, the next "antichrist", that will invade Europe through the sea. He is the third son of Ossama  bin Laden, was 17 in 2002 and will live for twenty seven years (from C08Q077):

VIII. 77   L' antechrist trois bien tost annichilez, Vingt & sept ans sang durera sa guerre, Les heretiques morts, captifs exilez, Son corps humain eau rougie gresler terre.

VIII. 77 The antichrist very soon annihilates three, For twenty-seven years of blood his war will last The unbelievers will be  dead, captive, exiled; His  human body red water  to hail the earth

        This quatrain refers to l'onde.  The first verse says that he will soon kill three. These three are probably near relatives (wife, son, brother, etc). The second verse says that he will live for twenty seven years (his bloody war has began early, like Hannibal) and the other verses talk about the evil he will do to the world. In 2002 he was 17, as it is predicted by the following sixain:

XI. 19.**   Six cents & cinq, six cents & six & sept, Nous monstrera jusques l'an dix-sept, Du boute-feul l'ire, haine & envie, Sous l'Orient d'assez long-temps caché Le crocodil sur la terre a caché, Ce qui estoit mort, sera pour lors en vie.

XI. 19.** Six hundred and five, six hundred and six and seven, It will show us up to the year seventeen, The anger, hatred and jealousy of the incendiary, For a long enough time hidden under the earth, The Crocodile hidden under the land,  That which was dead will then be alive

      This quatrain talks about Saddam Hussein(Le crocodil), Ossama Bin Laden (Du boute-feul ) and l'onde. It cites also the 11-SEP Attacks through its date and a reference ("from the incendiary the anger, hatred and jealousy") to Ossama Bin Laden. The date of the attacks can be obtained from the application of a scale using the values 605, 606 and 607 (the reader is encouraged to follow the link above to get the whole interpretation, but, in short, from 607 and using the base date for the facts of our current times - 20-JAN-1951 - we have: 607 = 50 years + 7 months; 20-JAN-1951 + 50 years + 7 months give us 20-AUG-2001. So the period is from 20-AUG-2001..20-SEP-2001. We can also get the month SEP-2001 through the other values; see the complete interpretation following the link).

     The important point is that l'onde was seventeen years in 2002 (follow the link to see why).  The identification of l'onde was made just after the 11-SEP attacks, and this is predicted by the following quatrain:

I. 2.   La verge en main mise au milieu des branches, De l'onde il moulle le limbe & le pied, Un peur & voix fremissent par les manches, Splendeur divine, le divin pres s'assied.

I. 2. The mouse goes to the center of the branches (of the genealogic tree), Of l' onde he molds the silhouette and the foot A fearful and trembling voice to the handicapped  Divine splendor. The divine seats at his side.

       The complete interpretation should be read following the link, but the quatrain predicts in general terms that l'onde would be identified ("De l'onde il moulle le limbe & le pied,". Yes, Nostradamus is predicting how l'onde would be foreseen. Believe it or not.) and the third and fourth verses talk about facts that by the elaboration of this text have not occurred yet (we are in 02-MAY-2004). The first verse also predicts the identification of Henry, Second (that's why the branches of the genealogic trees were being searched). So this quatrain talks about "the first times of the prophecies") (in the same way, C01Q001 talks about the end of the history)

       But Nostradamus also talks about the time this identification, along with the explanation of the prophecies would be doscovered:

III.26 Des Roys & princes dresseron simulachres Augures creuz, eslevez aruspices : Corne, victume doree, & d'azur, d'acre, Interpretez seront les extipices.

III.26 Of the kings and princes  will be prepared replicas(photos) Auguries  too much dug, prophecies elevated Horns,  golden victim, of the azure, of the acre The prophecies will be then interpreted.

      This quatrain predicts the event that would trigger the interpretation of his prophecies: the 11-SEP Attacks. On the first verse he describes how the interpretations would be published: along with photos (replicas) of "kings and princes". The second verse says that the omens would be interpretaed in details and this would raise their value. The third verse talks about "hornes", the highest part of an animal, and is a symbolic reference to the twin towers. it also describes the yellow color of the fire seen in many photos about5 those sad events. The fourth verse says that then the prophecies would be explained. That's was exactly what happened soon after the 11-SEP Attacks, when this  home page has began to  work.

       Turning back to main topic of this text, we examine once more quatrain C10Q072. It's not hard to understand that when the value 70 was cited, it was intended to mean 72; so what would be the value intended when 72 would be cited? Of course, a natural answer would be 74. Now we can compose the date of the attacks using the corrected values, two units above, for the whole date:

      72-JUL-1999 => 7+2=09-JUL-1999 + 2 => 11-SEP-2001

      So, the date cited is in fact 11-SEP-2001. In fact, there are many quatrains that point to a "two units less date":

      C06Q097 =>VI,  97=> 97= 09,07

       C09Q081 => IX, 81 => 09, 81 => 09, 8-1=7, 09,07

       C12Q052 => XII, 52 => 12, 52 => 52 => 5+2 =7

just to cite some of them, while others cite directly the value 11-SEP:

       C09Q074 => IX, 74 => 09,74 => 09, 7+4=11 => 09-11

      But there is another explanation that comes from the context and along with this one confirms our point of view. We must in fact analyze the Columbia crash, that was predicted in two presages, since it was a two-part accident: first, the loss of parts that would protect (and help to stop) the spacecraft when it would reenter the atmosphere and the second, the debris rainfall that occurred.

CXXXI. Janvier. Prisons, secrets ennuis, entre proches discorde. La vie on donnera, par mal divers catarrhes La mort s'en ensuyvra, poison fera concorde. Frayeur, poeur, crainte grande, voyageant lairra d'arres

CXXXI. January Prisons, secrets: annoyances, discord between "nears", They will give life, through evil diverse catarrhs: The death will follow, poison will make the agreement The traveler will release from the harnesses (or: will release from the brakes)

      This presage refers to JAN-2003. The first verse talks about Guantanamo and the discord that was emerging between Bush and the three "great ones ( Putin, Schroeder and Chirac) because of the Iraq invasion. The second verse talks about the "human shields" and the suicidal attacks promised bay many in case of invasion ("they will give their lives". This became true more than ever now, in 2004). The third verse says that "if the poison - the chemical and biological weapons would be found, they would come to an agreement (with respect the invasion).  And the fourth verse says that the traveler (Columbia) would get rid of its harnesses. The comparison of Columbia with a horse is not is a reference of a very interesting point, that we shall explain in short. The spacecraft had to be transported from its hangar to the launching point through railroads with a stride equal to  4 feet  and 8¹/²" or 1,435 meters.  This stride was a consequence, of... the combined height of two horses! The old paths in Europe were designed by the Romans  to allow their wagons, that were pulled by two horses, so they would be large enough to accommodate  this height. The station wagon manufacturers  were English and since they were primarily horse wagon manufacturers, the stride of  4' 8¹/²" was a direct consequence of the old ways the Romans had constructed to allow passage for their own horse wagons. So, the spacecraft to be transported by railroads would have to take in consideration the height of the tunnels it would have to cross. THis height was a consequence of the old Roman weagons pulled by two horses.

      The next presage predicts the debris rainfall of the Columbia crash, the fear of a terrorist attack in this accident, the disagreement between Bush, Chirac, Schroeder and Putin (the three great ones in the discord of the great - Bush). The reader is encouraged to follow the link to read the details, but the important point here is the "century renewal" that was considered to be in FEB-2002.

XCIV. Feburier. Deluge grand. bruit de mort conspirée, Renove siecle. trois Grands en grand discord: Par boutfeux la concorde empirée, Pluy empeschant, conseils malins d'accord.

XCIV. February. Great deluge. fear of a conspired death The Century is renewed. Three great ones in the discord of the great Because of the arsonist the concord worsens Blocking precipitation, malicious counsels in agreement.

    The end of the century was in DEC-2000. According the second verse,  (Renove siecle.) the end of the century was on FEB-2003.  So, we can make a correspondence between the counting method of Nostradamus and our counting method.. The table below shows a relationship between FEB-2003 and DEC-2000 and extends it until JUL-1999, which corresponds to our date SEP-2001.

      This leads us to the final explanation why JUL-1999 is SEP-2001.

      The other verses of C10Q072 refer to the advent of the personage (referenced by Mars)  that will have a strong influence in many events that are coming soon.
