PRESAGE XXXVIII. Avril.

Roy salvé Victeur, Impereateur,
La foy faussée. le Royal fait congnu:
Sang Mathien. Roy fait supereatur,
De gent superbe humble par pleurs venu.

PRESAGE XXXVIII. April.

The King salutes the victory, Emperor
The word falsified. The Royal fact become known
Mixed blood. King fact  above  all
From proud people humility because of the tears that came

This presage announces the discovery of the royal origin of Henry, Second.

The first verse is a greeting sent from Henry, Second to Cesar de Nostredame, after the confirmation of his royal origin. Here, Emperor is a "pun" made with the name Cesar de Nostredame (Cesar =Roman Emperor), but it may me a reference to quatrain C05Q006.

The second verse states the circumstances the discovery will be done. After a demand where the "word" will be falsified (possibly false accusations on a legal process), the royal origin of Henry, Second will be known. This will occur in this year, 2004, in the first semester (the month of the presage may be indicating the beginning of the questions associated or may be indicating the month of the discoveries; bear in mind that it can be par/may or MAR/APR)

            The third verse seems to predict that the blood of Henry, Second is "mixed". (Others say that mathien means from Macedonia);

The continuations say that the royal fact will be a compensation for various difficulties.

The last verse says that the person (probably a woman and possibly mentioned in C01Q002) will give up her proud because of the tears seen.

Henry, Second was identified by Cesar de Nostredame as being the former Brazilian president Fernando Henrique Cardoso, due to some parts of the Letter to Henry, transcribed below. The ceremony cited in the letter is the greeting of the Maoris, illustrated in the photos above and below.

"...
